Description

The cupcakes turn out moist, but not underbaked. They can also be made with frozen berries by thawing them first and draining off the juice. If desired, replace the kefir with sour milk or ryazhenka. Blueberries can be replaced with other berries.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making blueberry muffins with kefir. Sort through the berries, rinse them, and dry them. Take the eggs and kefir out of the refrigerator in advance so they can reach room temperature.
