Muffins with broccoli and cheese
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Making broccoli muffins is easy; the whole process won’t take much time or effort. These pastries are especially good when warm, but everyone will also enjoy them once cooled. The stated amount makes about 10 pieces, depending on the size of the molds. If desired, you can reduce the ingredients by half for a trial run. You can use absolutely any cheese; ideally, one that melts when heated. These simple muffins can be served for breakfast, taken along on a picnic or to work, and also served with tea as a snack during the day. Give it a try. Can be served with tea or coffee.
