    Pour vinegar into the milk and let it sit for half an hour. Add oil and eggs, then mix. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Pour in the milk-egg mixture. Stir until smooth.

    Fry the bacon in a dry skillet until golden brown. Let it cool and cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion and add it to the dough, then add the bacon as well. Mix well.

    Place paper liners on a baking sheet, distribute the batter among them. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly on a wire rack, serve warm.
