Simple cupcakes

Description

These cupcakes can be stored in a sealed bag at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. You can use either fresh or frozen berries (do not thaw them). The batter should be thick, but not dry—almost moist. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare the muffin molds. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour the butter into a measuring cup (at least 250 ml in volume), add the egg, then top up to the 250 ml mark with milk, and add vanilla extract. Mix everything together. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a fork. Add the washed berries and mix again.

    Carefully fill the baking molds with the batter. It's important not to fill them completely, as the cupcakes will rise further. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each cupcake (optional).

    Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes (until a dry match test).
