Cupcakes simpler than simple
Description
My family loves cupcakes. I've tried many different recipes—some turned out great, others not so much. But I have one basic recipe that I use when I want to make the most simple cupcakes in the easiest way possible. I call them "easiest ever cupcakes." The preparation is truly very simple—I think even a child could manage it! So here is my "easiest ever cupcakes" recipe for your attention. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

For our cupcakes, we will need: flour, sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla sugar, cocoa, baking soda, vinegar, raisins (to taste).
- 2
Step 2

Take a small bowl and crack 2 eggs into it, then add 1.5 cups of sour cream and mix everything together with a mixer.
- 3
Step 3

Then, we add a cup of sugar to the resulting mixture and beat everything with a mixer until completely dissolved.
- 4
Step 4

After we have thoroughly beaten everything, add 1.5 cups of flour, mix with a spoon, and then beat well with a mixer.
- 5
Step 5

Add vanilla sugar to the resulting mixture and mix everything well.
- 6
Step 6

Then we add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to our mixture and neutralize it with vinegar.
- 7
Step 7

After we mix everything well, we get a mass like this, similar in consistency to sour cream.
- 8
Step 8

Next, we take a separate bowl, pour about half of our mixture into it, add 3 tablespoons of cocoa, and mix everything with a mixer.
- 9
Step 9

This is how the chocolate mixture turns out for our chocolate cupcakes.
- 10
Step 10

Now we take cupcake molds and grease them with butter. Pour in our batter, adding raisins to some of them; you can add nuts or whatever you like :) Then place them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, and they're ready!
- 11
Step 11

Place everything on a large plate; the recipe yields 12 cupcakes, which can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. ))
