
Muffins for breakfast
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. These muffins are convenient to take with you and eat even on the go. You'll want to eat them even if you're not hungry. Instead of bacon, you can use smoked sausages, hot dogs, or regular sausage. You'll get about 12 pieces. If you want to make more, increase the amount of ingredients. Can be served with tea or coffee.

1. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Line muffin tins with foil (special paper liners). Divide the potato mixture evenly among the muffin cups.

2. Place the pans with potatoes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove the pans and gently press down on the baked potatoes inside.

3. Beat the chicken eggs with salt and pepper, then add milk, previously fried and chopped bacon, and grated cheese.

4. Place the mixture of cheese, eggs, and bacon over the baked potatoes in the molds.

5. Bake for another 13-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Let the cupcakes sit in the pan for 15 minutes, then carefully remove and serve.
