Cupcakes

Description

Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Bake cupcakes according to package instructions. Let them cool completely. Place 2/3 of the icing into a small bowl and mix in green food coloring. Dip the cupcakes into the icing. Sprinkle some green sugar on top. Cut marshmallows in half to make two circles. Dip each marshmallow half into water, then into green sugar to create eyelids. Leave the center white for the eyes. Place them onto the cupcakes. Use a bit of white icing to attach chocolate chips in the center of each eye. Mix the remaining icing with red food coloring to make it pink. Use the pink icing to create mouths and tongues for the frogs.
