
Lemon cupcakes
Description

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease 12 paper cupcake liners, which we place into a metal or silicone pan.

In a separate bowl, add sugar, butter, eggs, lemon extract, and mix with a mixer until smooth. Then gradually add flour, baking powder, salt, and mix again. Add cold milk and beat thoroughly with a mixer. Add yellow food coloring.

Pour the batter into prepared molds and bake in a preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.

To prepare the cream, mix butter, lemon extract, and milk with a mixer until smooth, adding food coloring.

When the cupcakes have cooled, decorate them with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Lemon cupcakes are ready.
