Line a muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a heaping tablespoon of batter into each one. Cut the remaining sausages into pieces about 3 cm long and insert one into each portion. Try to press the sausages fairly deep into the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 25 minutes on upper/lower heat, with the baking sheet placed right in the middle of the oven. Check the muffins for doneness with a wooden skewer.
