
Flourless Cupcakes in the Microwave
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. These muffins are suitable both for children and for those who follow a proper, healthy diet. If you find them not sweet enough, add a little sweetener. Such muffins can be baked in muffin tins, like mine, or in cups. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Peel the ripe bananas, cut the flesh into pieces, and place them in a bowl.

Add a pinch of salt for flavor balance and blend in a blender until smooth.

Beat in the chicken eggs. Blend until smooth and uniform.

Add cocoa powder, vanillin and baking powder.

Mix the dough until it forms a smooth mixture.

Divide the dough among silicone cupcake molds and bake in the microwave for 2 minutes at full power, 1000 watts. I baked 5 cupcakes at a time in two batches. In total, I got 10 finished cupcakes.

Take the finished cupcakes out, let them cool a little, then carefully remove them from the molds.

Transfer the cupcakes to a plate. Serve with tea, coffee or milk.
