Description

The recipe contains not a gram of wheat flour or refined sugar, but you would never know it. The muffins turn out fluffy and fragrant. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need for making cupcakes.

    Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt and the sugar substitute “Erythritol”. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.

    Add the yogurt and mix.

    Pour in the olive oil and stir.

    Add both types of flour, baking powder, and vanillin. Mix the batter thoroughly until it is smooth and free of lumps.

    Fill the moulds two-thirds full with the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
