
Cupcakes-baskets
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. I had some ready-made raspberry jam on hand, which I used to fill these little tartlets. You can use fruits, berries, as well as savory fillings such as cheese, seafood, vegetables, and herbs. Serve the pastry cooled down, either warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Pre-chill the butter in the refrigerator, then take it out and grate coarsely. Sift the flour into it and rub into crumbs. Add chopped mint and powdered sugar, then knead the dough (add a tablespoon of water if necessary).

2. Sprinkle the countertop with flour and roll out the dough into a sheet about 1 centimeter thick. Use a glass to cut out round shapes.

3. Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil and place a round piece of dough into each.

4. Fill the molds with jam (1-2 tablespoons each). Cut hearts out of the remaining dough and place one in each mold.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then remove the baked goods from the molds and let them cool; serve cooled.
