Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. You can add spices, candied peel, dried fruit, and nuts to the dough to suit your taste. If you leave alcohol out of the dough, you can replace it with orange juice. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare the ingredients for Easter cupcakes. Take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time. Dice the candied fruit and pour amaretto over it. Chop the chocolate with a knife.

    If using whole cardamom seeds, grind them in a mortar with a pinch of salt.
