Muffins in a multicooker
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Baking in a multicooker is essentially no different from baking in a regular oven. The taste remains the same, and some even note an improvement. To bake cupcakes in a multicooker, you'll need regular paper molds, a packet of vanilla, and a little baking powder to make the cupcakes fluffy. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

First, sift the flour, then add baking powder and melted butter. Add kefir, egg, sugar, and vanilla. I blended the orange in a blender—added both the pulp and the zest. Mix everything until no lumps remain.
- 3
Step 3

Fill the molds halfway, or slightly more. Add another piece of chocolate, or a caramel candy.
- 4
Step 4

Place at the bottom of the multicooker.
- 5
Step 5

Set the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes. This time is sufficient, you can set less. But mine turned out perfectly anyway.
- 6
Step 6

I serve the finished cupcakes from the multicooker with chocolate glaze, or you can use powdered sugar.
