Mug cakes in the microwave
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. When I first made it myself, I couldn't imagine how simple and delicious it would turn out. To prepare mug cakes in the microwave, we need a minimum of ingredients, and very basic ones at that. The specified amount yields 2 full-sized cupcakes. By the way, you can use either ceramic or glass mugs—just make sure they're microwave-safe. You can also add vanilla flavoring to taste.

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix everything (you can do it right in the mug), make sure there are no lumps. I have enough for 2 mugs: fill up to the middle.

Place in the microwave at maximum power (1000 W) for 3 minutes. The cupcakes will rise—don't worry, they won't spill out of the cup.

I sprinkle the finished cupcakes with powdered sugar before serving.
