Milk-based cupcakes
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. I don't know about you, but I love cupcakes that are light and fluffy. That's why I always beat the batter with a mixer—it leaves almost no lumps. To make milk-based cupcakes, you'll need regular packaged milk. You can use less than a full packet of vanilla, and you may substitute the baking soda with regular baking powder. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
