Mini cakes with kefir
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The batter pours easily, bakes quickly, and has a fine porous texture inside. The cupcakes turn out not only beautiful, but also aromatic, delicious, and tender. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Muffins made with kefir don't require vinegar—the kefir itself will neutralize the baking soda in the batter. Prepare the ingredients for the muffins. Slightly warm the kefir.
- 2
Step 2

2. The margarine should also be slightly warmed, but not too much, then mashed with a fork.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add sugar or powdered sugar and mix with margarine.
- 4
Step 4

4. Add a raw egg to the dough, knead.
- 5
Step 5

5. Sift the flour, add it to the dough, and also add the baking soda.
- 6
Step 6

6. Pay attention to the dough consistency; it should be uniform but not too thick.
- 7
Step 7

7. Take molds or, as in my case, bear-shaped molds, and grease them with vegetable oil just in case, to prevent sticking. Pour in the batter, but don't mound it! Place in a preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Step 8

8. The cupcakes are ready, just let them cool down and carefully remove them. Cupcakes made with kefir are very delicate.
