Muffin
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. The cake turns out very tasty and crumbly. With a light scent of bird cherry and a beautiful dark color. The sugar can be adjusted to your taste. If the raisins are hard, they should be pre‑soaked in boiling water for a few minutes, then drained and dried. For better distribution of the raisins, I recommend tossing them in flour. If you don’t like raisins, you can replace them with prunes or dried apricots, or omit them altogether.
