Bundt cake in silicone molds
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I never made this kind of baked good before, but after trying it once, I keep making it over and over again. I'll share it with you too. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees at the very beginning. Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer.

Sift the flour. Add baking powder to it. Add them to the egg mixture.

Now wash the tangerines and peel them, removing the skin and membranes from the segments. Also remove all the seeds. Finely chop the flesh. Add it to the dough and mix thoroughly.

Lightly grease the silicone molds with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into each mold, filling it to 3/4 of its volume.

Bake cupcakes for 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar and remove from the molds.
