Mug cake in the microwave (in a cup)

Description

Homemade baked treat for tea. The mug cake can be made vanilla, chocolate, or fruity. These mug cakes are a great alternative to regular oven-baked cakes. The main advantage is that they are very quick and easy to prepare. Such a cake is perfect for afternoon snack or breakfast. Serve it right in the mug, with ice cream or cream cheese. You can top it with powdered sugar or cocoa. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

   In a bowl, add flour, instant coffee, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and baking powder, then mix.

   Pour in the milk, sunflower oil, and vanilla, add the eggs, and mix the mixture thoroughly.

   Grease a cup with butter and place the dough inside, leaving a couple of centimeters at the top (the cake will rise during baking).

   Place the cups in the microwave and bake for 90 seconds each at maximum power.

   Remove the cups from the microwave and serve immediately, without removing from the cup.
