Cake in a bread maker

Description

Perfect for tea and coffee. I've only recently tried this recipe myself and was very pleased with the result. My family loved it and immediately asked me to make it again. Here's my recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Beat the salt, sugar, and eggs using a mixer.

   Step 2

   Pour into a baking dish. Add rum, orange juice, zest, butter, flour, and baking powder.

   Step 3

   Select baking program No. 9. Then wait for the bread machine to beep.

   Step 4

   Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
