Cheese cake
Description
The tenderness of the cottage cheese pastry in this recipe is wonderfully enhanced by the aroma and flavor of citrus. This cake can be served for breakfast or afternoon tea with a glass of milk or cappuccino, and it also works well as a dessert, accompanied by a scoop of ice cream. Try it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
