Dry Rusk Cake with Kefir
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Rusk cake is a simple homemade dessert with a crumbly texture and rich flavor. It is made from ordinary wheat rusks, which become the base of the batter and give the baked goods a distinctive aroma. This kind of cake rises well, stays soft for a long time, and pairs nicely with tea, coffee, or warm milk. Before serving, rusk cake can be drizzled with sweet glaze or melted chocolate. It can be served with tea or coffee.
