Jam cake in a multicooker
Description
The baking is simple and quick. 1. This is one of the most economical and probably the easiest recipe for jam cake in a multicooker. It takes no more than 5–7 minutes to prepare the batter. First, beat the eggs in a small bowl. 2. Add the jam and mix thoroughly. If the jam is not very sweet, you can add a little sugar or honey to the batter. 3. Combine the flour with baking powder and sift it into the jam mixture. 4. Mix everything well—the batter is ready. 5. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable or butter. 6. Pour in the batter and set the multicooker to Baking mode for 1 hour. 7. If desired, you can enhance the jam cake recipe by adding dried fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips. 8. After cooking, you can flip the cake and brown it for another 10 minutes on the other side. 9. Then let it cool completely before serving. If desired, slice the cake in half and spread with cream of your choice. Glaze also works wonderfully. However, even without additions, a jam cake made in a multicooker at home is very delicious. The baking is ready. Serve it at the table.
