Pineapple cake

Description
The baked goods are quick and easy to make. In this recipe I made small pineapple cupcakes because I didn’t have a suitable baking pan. But you can also bake one large pineapple cake—the recipe is the same. The pineapple cupcakes turn out very tender and soft; the important thing is to take them out of the oven in time and not overbake them. Good luck and happy cooking :) The bake is ready. Serve at the table.

Mix and whisk together the egg, sour cream, sugar, and butter.

Add salt, flour and baking powder. Beat again.

Then add pineapple cut into cubes and chopped nuts to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Take baking molds, fill them with the mixture you’ve made. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 200 degrees.
