1. Peel the tangerines, place the segments on a plate for 1 hour so the membrane dries slightly.

2. Soak the dried fruits in orange liqueur for 30 minutes.

3. Using a mixer, beat the softened butter with sugar until fluffy.

4. Then add the eggs one at a time, without stopping the mixer.

5. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and gently mix at a low speed.

6. Place 20 grams of butter on a preheated frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, then add the tangerine slices and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

7. Add the dried fruits in liqueur to the same skillet. Heat until the alcohol evaporates. Once cooled, add them to the dough and gently mix.

8. Grease the baking form with butter and dust with flour. Place the dough in the form, layering it with caramelized mandarins. Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
