Simple loaf cake
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The cake can be baked with raisins, dried apricots, prunes, or nuts. If you don't have a special pan, it's not a problem at all—just pour the batter into a cast-iron skillet or any other mold. You can also divide the batter into small molds to make individual portion-sized cupcakes. The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.
