
Bread made with sour cream and condensed milk
Description
A large amount of butter makes the cake batter very tasty and nutritious. One slice is quite enough for afternoon snack or tea time. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy (for at least three minutes).

Slowly pour in the oil, continuing to beat until a smooth cream forms. Add the condensed milk and sour cream, mixing at low speed with the mixer.

Add the flour sifted with baking powder, a pinch of salt, and mix the dough at low speed using a mixer. With a spatula, fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.

Place the dough into the prepared pan, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the dough rises and turns slightly golden. Then reduce the baking temperature to 180 degrees and continue baking until a wooden skewer inserted comes out dry.
