Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. When mixing the batter, add the flour in portions. You may need a little more. Aim for a moderately thick, viscous batter. To ensure the cake comes out of the mold easily, grease it generously with butter.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Melt the butter. Add sugar. Stir.

Add baking soda to the kefir. Stir and let it sit for 3 minutes. Foam should appear.
