Pumpkin chocolate loaf cake
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The recipe is great because you don't need to pre-cook the pumpkin—just grate it raw. Instead of chocolate, you can use nuts, berries, or fruits. After baking, let the cake cool completely before serving. Enjoy it with tea or coffee, either cooled down or slightly warm.
