Description
Do not be alarmed by the consistency of the batter. Even though it is runny, at 170 degrees for 45–50 minutes the cake bakes through perfectly. Cool the finished cake thoroughly and only then serve it. The bake is done. Serve.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil and egg.

Add sugar. Mix.

Add the flour, vanillin, and baking powder for the dough. Mix.

The finished dough will be quite liquid. Divide it into two parts.

In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa and water. Add the water one tablespoon at a time, stirring after each addition. The mixture should be slightly thicker than kefir in consistency.

Add the cocoa mixture to one reserved portion. Mix well.

Grease the cake mould with butter and dust with flour. Pour in the reserved pale portion of the batter.

On top, carefully pour the dark layer. Do not stir. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 45–50 minutes. Test for doneness with a wooden skewer.

Cool the finished cake slightly in the tin, then transfer to a serving plate and cool completely.
