
Cake without milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make a delicious cake without milk. Here's a great recipe: a milk-free cake made with sparkling mineral water (highly carbonated). Add any berries you like—and you'll have an excellent dessert for tea, perfect for the whole family. The baked good is ready. Serve it at the table.

1. Add a teaspoon of baking soda to mineral water and wait for the reaction. Then add flour, vanilla sugar, oil, salt to taste, and sugar. Knead the dough, then add any berries. I used cherries.

2. Pour the batter into a baking pan and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. After 5 minutes, reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and continue baking until done.

3. When our milk-free cake is ready, take it out of the oven and let it stand for about half an hour. During this time, it will cool down and can be easily removed from the mold.

4. During baking, the cherries will rise to the top (like any other berries), so don't hesitate to add plenty of them to the batter.
