Description

Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the sponge cake into small pieces (for convenience) and mix with condensed milk. Knead the mixture with your hands until it reaches a plasticine-like, pliable consistency. Shape this mixture into small balls.
- 2
Step 2

Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Do this very carefully and slowly to prevent burning. You can use chocolate of different colors to make your dessert look more festive.
- 3
Step 3

Take wooden skewers and dip each one into hot chocolate. While the chocolate is still liquid, insert the skewers into biscuit balls, then place them in a cold place to let the chocolate set and keep the skewers from falling out.

Step 4

Dip each ball into the glaze, let the excess drip off, and place them to set by sticking them into a loaf of bread or a piece of foam.
- 5
Step 5

Decorate the balls as you like before the glaze has completely set.
