Kefir sauce with garlic
Description
I decided to experiment: I always made this sauce based on mayonnaise or sour cream. I'd like to note that it also turns out very good with kefir. It's better to use full-fat kefir, and if desired, you can also add some parsley. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Step 1

1. A very tasty sauce that perfectly complements meat dishes and salads. It's especially good in salads containing cucumbers, herbs, and other vegetables. For the sauce, we'll need a small amount of room-temperature kefir. Pour it into a deep container.

Step 2

2. Now mince the garlic. I used a garlic press, but you can also just finely chop it. It's better to crush the cloves, as this will give you a bit of juice, which will further enhance the sauce's flavor.

Step 3

3. Now all that remains is to mix the kefir with garlic, and the sauce is ready. It takes no more than twenty minutes to prepare. Try making this kefir garlic sauce at home to serve with your main dishes—you won't regret it.
