Kefir with black currants
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. If you're using fresh instead of frozen blackcurrants, use chilled kefir to achieve a thicker consistency, or add a couple of ice cubes when blending in a blender or food processor. For a smoother texture, you can strain the blackcurrant purée through a sieve to remove bits of skin and seeds, though keep in mind that these parts of the berries contain a wealth of beneficial nutrients. Ready to serve.
