Sea bass in the oven with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tasty, simple, healthy, and quick—that's exactly what this dish is all about. It's very convenient to bake both the fish and the side dish at the same time. The vegetables absorb the fish juices, while the fish soaks up the vegetable flavors. The recipe for baking mullet in the oven with vegetables is very easy. You can use any combination of vegetables. If you'd like a crispier crust on the fish, avoid flipping it halfway through baking. Alternatively, lightly coat the fish with sour cream or mayonnaise. One more tip: if you'd like to prepare more vegetables with the fish, place the fish deeper, nestled among the vegetables, rather than on top of them. I'll explain and show you how. Serve hot.
