
Sea bass in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Mullet is a very tasty fish with tender white flesh and almost no bones. Mullet is usually baked, fried, or used to make fish soup. This fish goes well with potatoes and other vegetables. For added flavor, mullet can be marinated and enhanced with various spices and sauces. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Clean the mullet, then thoroughly rinse under cold running water and place in a colander.

Rinse the green olives from the brine, then chop them coarsely.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with chopped herbs, spices, salt, black pepper, and a small amount of olive oil.

Grease the baking sheet with oil and sprinkle a little of the aromatic breadcrumb mixture on the bottom.

Season the mullet with salt and black pepper, coat in a fragrant mixture of breadcrumbs, place in a single layer on a baking sheet, and carefully pour white wine into the bottom of the baking sheet.

Sprinkle the fish with more aromatic breadcrumb mixture, arrange green olives on top, sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

Place the baking sheet with the fish into a preheated oven at 190 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, turn on the "Grill with convection" mode to prevent the fish from becoming too dry.
