Grilled mullet on the barbecue
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Mullet is perfect for grilling. It's slightly fatty, boneless, and has a pleasant taste and aroma. When grilled, it becomes even better! To prepare mullet on the grill, you'll need a few fish fillets, spices, and a lemon. Marinating the fish isn't necessary. Just rub it with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice, and let it sit for about 10–15 minutes. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Clean and gut the fish. Rinse small octopuses to remove membranes, if you decide to use seafood as well. I also had some squids.
- 2
Step 2

Season the mullet with salt and pepper. Sprinkle it with lemon juice and add spices to the fish (even Provence herbs or rosemary will work).
- 3
Step 3

Grill the seafood and fish on the barbecue.
- 4
Step 4

Fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown; the skin may start to peel off, but that's not a problem. The main thing is that the fish is fully cooked.
- 5
Step 5

The finished baked mullet looks approximately like this.
- 6
Step 6

You can serve it with a salad of seafood, vegetables, and potatoes (also roasted on the grill, by the way).
