Kebab
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Kebbe are meatballs with a filling, often also made of meat. In Arab countries, this dish is made from lamb, but since it's difficult to find good lamb here, I prepare kebbe from beef. I'm sharing the recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

We'll start with the preliminary preparation. Rinse the bulgur and pour boiling water over it. Do this 1 hour before you begin cooking.
- 2
Step 2

Divide the minced meat into two parts. Add the soaked bulgur to the first part and blend until smooth using a blender.
- 3
Step 3

Add the spices and onion to the minced meat, and blend again with a blender until smooth.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the green onions and add them to the second part of the filling along with salt and dried garlic.
- 5
Step 5

Now proceed to shaping the kebe. Place the minced meat mixture (with bulgur) onto the plastic wrap, forming a layer 1 cm thick.
- 6
Step 6

On top, place a piece of the second filling with herbs.
- 7
Step 7

Wrap in foil and shape into a patty.

Step 8

Form all the patties in this way, then fry them in a pan on all sides. When they are browned, add a little water and simmer covered for another 25 minutes. The dish is ready.
