
Beef and vegetable kebab

First, prepare the marinade. Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, pepper, minced ginger and garlic, and onion powder.

Coarsely chop the onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Place the vegetables and mushrooms into a sturdy plastic bag. Pour in 1/3 of the marinade. Seal the bag tightly and shake well.

Similarly, cut the beef into large cubes and place it in another bag. Then pour in the remaining marinade, close the bag, and shake it.

Leave the ingredients to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

After some time, alternately thread the meat and vegetables onto skewers. Place them on a preheated grill or skillet at 200 degrees with a small amount of oil.
