Lamb kebab
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Lamb kebab goes well with any side dish. I like to serve it with mashed potatoes. This dish is so popular that all my friends keep asking me for the recipe! Be sure to make it and delight your guests. Serve hot.

Step 1

If possible, start preparing the lamb kebab a day ahead, allowing the minced meat to marinate in spices overnight. Chop the onion and garlic, preferably grinding them in a meat grinder or blender. Finely chop the mint as well. Mix all the spices, mint, onion, and garlic with the minced meat and let it marinate (for at least 2 hours).

Step 2

Prepare skewers for kebabs (small wooden sticks). Shape the minced meat into sausage-like patties, almost as long as the skewers, and pierce each with a stick. Make sure the skewer is right in the center of the patty. You can gently roll it on the table to evenly secure the meat onto the skewer. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the lamb kebabs so that the skewers are supported by the tray's edges. Choose an appropriately sized baking tray. Bake the kebabs for about 25 minutes, then leave them in the turned-off oven for another 5 minutes to finish cooking! :)
