Kebab Pizza
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Making a kebab pizza is no more difficult than a traditional Italian one; follow the step‑by‑step recipes and you’ll succeed. If you don’t have tomato passata, it’s best to use not tomato paste or ketchup but tomatoes in their own juice, blended with a blender. The preferred meat is lamb or beef; ready‑made “cevapcici” sausages are ideal. Adding marinated red onion to the topping works very well. Mozzarella can be replaced with any soft cheese.
