Lamb Kavarma
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can try this amazing dish in any Bulgarian restaurant, but we don't need to travel that far to enjoy the incredible flavor of this stew—we can easily prepare lamb kapama at home. Traditionally, kapama includes lamb and plenty of vegetables, but I decided to modify the recipe slightly by adding mushrooms, which turned out very well, in my opinion. I recommend you try this lamb kapama recipe, because when you taste such a delicious dish, you realize why Bulgarian cuisine is famous for its national specialties. Serve hot.

Then we reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer the kavarma over low heat for about 15–20 minutes. When the dish is almost ready, we add chopped parsley and cook for a few more minutes with the lid off. Now the kavarma is ready.
