Kaurma
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Kaurma is quite a popular dish, although I only recently discovered this recipe. Kaurma can be a standalone dish, but in many world cuisines it also serves as a base for lagman soup and even for pilaf. Lamb is not a frequent guest on my table—I simply didn't know how to cook it until I tried this recipe. Today I'll tell you. Serve hot.
