Plain kefir
Description
This recipe is great because it turns two simple and accessible ingredients into an amazing product. There's no need to buy any additional starter cultures—just warmth is required. You can use katyk as a base for baking, enjoy it with jam, or have it with oatmeal for breakfast, for example. I especially recommend making dairy products at home for those who have children. The drink is ready to serve.
