Porridge in pots in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The ingredient quantities are given for 1 pot, which yields 3-4 full servings of porridge. Don't be alarmed by the 2-hour cooking time—during this period, there's no need to monitor the buckwheat, as it will simmer on its own at a low temperature. Of course, you can increase the temperature to shorten the cooking time. However, in my opinion, the long, slow cooking is the key to achieving the perfect porridge. It's delicious served with a glass of milk or as a side dish. The finished dish is ready to be served.
