Porridge with dried fruits
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In this case, I suggest cooking oatmeal, but rice or millet would work wonderfully as well. As for dried fruits, it all depends on your taste preferences. This porridge is a great idea combining flavor, health benefits, and simplicity. I highly recommend keeping this recipe in mind. The finished dish can be served immediately.

Step 2

2. After boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes, then add sugar (honey) and dried fruits or dried berries.

Step 3

3. I don't let the liquid evaporate completely. When only a little bit is left, remove the porridge from the heat and let it steep, covered, for about 10–12 minutes.

Step 4

4. You can also serve the porridge with fresh fruits. An apple, for example, would be perfect.
