Meat porridge in an autoclave
Description
Here is a simple recipe for preparing meat porridge in a pressure cooker. First, cook the broth and prepare a vegetable sauté. Season the prepared ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Place them into jars, add a piece of butter to each, and cook in the pressure cooker for about 40 minutes. Good luck!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Finely chop the onion and carrot, then fry them in a pan to make a sauté. You can boil the chicken wings in broth (if you're making fresh broth).

Step 3

Place the ingredients into clean jars (filling them halfway). Add a piece of butter to each jar, then pour boiling water over the top (almost to the rim). Place the jars in a pressure canner, bring to 120 degrees, and process for 35–40 minutes.
