Rice porridge with beef
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This beef and rice porridge is prepared in a rather unconventional way. We'll use the cooking technique of Spanish paella. At the very beginning, we thoroughly boil the beef. The resulting broth will be used to cook the rice, and the piece of meat will be minced and added to the cooked rice at the very end. The dish is very tasty and quite original. Give it a try—I think you'll like it! :) Serve hot.
