Buckwheat porridge with pumpkin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare the pumpkin yourself, for example, by roasting it with aromatic herbs or turning it into a purée or mousse. This vegetable is often added to both main and side dishes: soups, pies, dumplings, and more. Dishes made with pumpkin are appetizing in appearance and very tasty, with a pleasant aroma and delicate flavor. Pumpkin pairs well with other vegetables and various grains. Serve hot.
